Fire destroys home, displaces family in Fresno County
Fresno County, CA (KFSN)-Friday morning, a flame destroyed a house in Fresno County. Firefighters from the Raton, Fresno, Kingsburg, and Kings county fire departments responded to Elkhorn Avenue near Fowler Avenue, west of Kingsburg, around 4:30 am.
When they arrived, the fire had burned most of the house.
Investigators are working to identify what caused the flames.
Residents told Action News that a fire seemed to have started behind the house. All the people who lived there were able to escape.
One suffered a minor burn. Paramedics treated him on the scene.
Refugees are currently planning to live with their families.
