Fresno, CA (KFSN)-A house fire in central eastern Fresno evacuated four people on Friday morning.
A fire broke out before 1 am at a house on Simpson Avenue near Cedar Avenue.
A firefighter arrived and found a burning flame in a garage away. The fire soon spread to the double-decker house.
Fire officials said they were grateful that one of the residents confirmed that they had all successfully achieved it.
Captain Devin McGuire said, “One crew member heard the sound of popping out, looking out, seeing the glow, going downstairs, seeing a fire, and the rest of the crew. He said he warned. “
The flames hurt the back of the house. Fire officials said there was also smoke damage inside the house.
Gas and electricity were cut off at home until the repair was completed.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
